What are your hold and cancellation policies?
We book our studio on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sorry, we cannot hold nor guarantee a date without a confirmed reservation and deposit.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Before 14 days before the scheduled reservation date, a cancellation will result in a full refund.
- Between 14 days and 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time, a cancellation will result in a refund of 40% of your deposit.
- After 72 hours before the scheduled start time, there will be no refund upon a cancellation.
