What insurance do I need?

If you hire Argus HD as your production company and exclusively use them for crewing and equipment, insurance is included in the rental.

If you are bringing in your own crew and/or equipment, we require insurance for general liability, workers compensation, and property damage.

If you do not have the required insurance coverages, please contact us and we will assist you in acquiring the appropriate coverage.

What are your hold and cancellation policies?

We book our studio on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sorry, we cannot hold nor guarantee a date without a confirmed reservation and deposit.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Before 14 days before the scheduled reservation date, a cancellation will result in a full refund.
  • Between 14 days and 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time, a cancellation will result in a refund of 40% of your deposit.
  • After 72 hours before the scheduled start time, there will be no refund upon a cancellation.

In addition to our full-day (10-hour) package, we offer a half-day option. We offer an individual hourly rate after the 10th hour.
