Studio Overview
MAIN STUDIO
Our studio is 20’ x 20’ with an 11’ ceiling and grid, and a 36” x 80” double-door entryway and comes fully equipped with DMX wired broadcast lighting.
STUDIO CONTROL ROOM
Directly connected to the studio, our robust control room is simply state of the art. Including switchers, graphics, audio, OLED monitors and more, we’re a turnkey broadcast ready facility

Parking and Site Map
We have three parking spots immediately in front of the studio space, and additional parking along the nearby perimeter fence.
Respectfully, we ask for your help in being good neighbors by not parking in any spot not designated for SFGS parking, as shown in the diagram. If additional parking is needed, please reach out to us before the day of the rental.
Studio Policies
Reservations
In order to confirm and hold a reservation, a deposit of 25% of total rental fees will be due at the time of booking. The full rental fee is due 14 days before the day of rental. We cannot hold a date until a reservation has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid.
Cancellations
The booking deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the reservation date. Any cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the booking date will be subject to cancellation fees.
Overtime
Hourly limits per booking day include total time on site. Any additional time needed beyond the specified limit will be subject to an overtime charge. Please refer to the SFGS rate card for additional details.
Cleanliness
We request that it is returned in the same condition as when production arrived. This includes disposing of trash. Oversized items must be removed from site by production’s crew.
Smoking and Being Under the Influence
No smoking is allowed in the building. No one who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be allowed in the building.
Studio Surveillance
All persons and activity on site may be recorded on video at any time for security purposes.
