With studio rentals, our normal hours of operation are 8am-6pm, Pacific time. Rentals extending outside these hours may accrue additional fees.

SFGS offers the option to rent just our studio or more advance packages based on popular requests. Please reference our rate card for an itemized list of what’s included.

Our studio is roughly 20′ by 20′ (400 square feet) by 11′ tall

The studio itself can accommodate up to three talent and several crew members.

Due to the small building size, we do respectfully require that you limit your total onsite group size (including but not limited to talent, crew, and guests) to no more than eight people at any given time.

Absolutely! Please contact us us to schedule an in-person or virtual tour. We currently cannot accommodate unscheduled drop-ins.

The studio can accommodate small set pieces, and has a door that is 36″ wide. We can only accommodate items that can easily and safely fit through a standard-sized door opening.

We have a green background available. We can incorporate other backgrounds as requested, though they may accrue additional fees.

In addition to the studio, a private green room comes with the rental. If you need additional space, please contact your rental manager.

Absolutely! We have camera kits, audio gear, teleprompters, and computers, among other gear, available for rental.

We can help you book your crew through our preferred production services partner, Argus HD.

In addition to our full-day (10-hour) package, we offer a half-day option. We offer an individual hourly rate after the 10th hour.

We book our studio on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sorry, we cannot hold nor guarantee a date without a confirmed reservation and deposit.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Before 14 days before the scheduled reservation date, a cancellation will result in a full refund.
• Between 14 days and 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time, a cancellation will result in a refund of 40% of your deposit.
• After 72 hours before the scheduled start time, there will be no refund upon a cancellation.

If you hire Argus HD as your production company and exclusively use them for crewing and equipment, insurance is included in the rental.

If you are bringing in your own crew and/or equipment, we require insurance for general liability, workers compensation, and property damage.

If you do not have the required insurance coverages, please contact us and we will assist you in acquiring the appropriate coverage.
